Salary: From €1,300 gross per month + 14 salaries per year

Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product-related questions
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Deliver a high level of service while meeting quality and performance targets

What We're Looking For

Fluent Norwegian or Danish (written and spoken)
Good command of English
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Willingness to relocate to Greece
