Tasks:

- Communicate with German customers via phone, chat and e-mail
- Troubleshooting
- Follow up on cases and ensure that they are closed effectively and according to schedule
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and represent a multinational brand
- Work according to set goals
- Document cases in internal systems

Your profile:

- Fluent in German and have good communication skills in English
- A problem solver, service and result oriented
- Good computer skills
- Experience within service is a big plus
- An EU passport is required
